GFP Tag Magrose Beads

Green fluorescent protein (GFP) and its mutant enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) are widely used to detect the efficiency of gene expression as well as the expression and distribution of target proteins. As a tagging protein, GFP causes the fused target protein to autofluoresce, enabling the localisation of target genes in cells without the need to rely on antibodies or probes, and with little interference from other substances. TargetMol's GFP Tag Magrose Beads use an anti-GFP antibody as a ligand that specifically binds to GFP, EGFP, and their fusion proteins without binding to BFP tagged proteins.
