Stabilised Human Whole Blood Controls are commonly used in flow cytometric analysis to ensure that sample processing, equipment and operators are all performing optimally.
The expected count and range of T cells (CD3+), T helper cells (CD3+ and CD4+), T suppressor cells (CD3+ and CD8+), NK cells (CD56+) and B Cells (CD19+) is provided. For more information, please click here.
CD4 Low & Normal Blood Control Set
The CD4 Low & Normal Blood Control Set contains 2 x 0.5ml tubes containing:
CD4+ T cells in the normal range (410-1590 cells/µl)
CD4+ T cells in the low range (200-300 cells/µl)
Cytomark’s Blood Controls controls are stable for up to 90 days from the date of manufacture when stored at 2 – 8°C, and have an open vial stability of 1 month. For more information, please click here.
